They are excellent at their craft and respectful of your home - they know their hardwood floors extremely well, and that's precisely what they focus on. A national home improvement store, who shall remain nameless from my mouth, truly wrecked a carpet removal and hardwoods install and restain in our home. When you work and save you want you pay for. Wood Floor Brigade took a complete nightmare of a job and turned it into brand new looking floors. When they sanded the floors I almost said forget the stain because they were that beautiful - factory finish and smooth as butter! Eric is simply a really good dude who wants to help people with their floors. They completely had to tear out one room that the other company said was noise from our subfloor - Not true! After Eric's team re-did it there is not one single noise from that room. It can be challenging at times to find good, honest people to do quality work in your home, but the call I made initially in 2019 to Wood Floor Brigage was absolutely, without a doubt, the right one. The proof is truly in Eric's work because it is hard to get on the calendar, so I don't know if they can stay a small business. But if you are fortunate enough to get on his schedule, you will not be disappointed.
